We will meet face-to-face to discuss your business situation and what your project requirements are in terms of deliverables and budget. During this meeting, we will try to learn as much about your business as possible so that it can help us identify your audience, competitive landscape, market conditions and any current branding strategies or marketing executions.
Furthermore, if it is a website development project, we will additionally talk about things such as the look and feel you are after, the number of pages, content, functionality, tracking and social media integration. Or if it is a email campaign, we will talk about database building, content, frequency, etc. You get the drift.
Identify Objectives and Define Solution
We will formalise the marketing audit and identify measurable objectives; and present you with a Project Definition Document, a proposal detailing the solution – its strategy, cost, and timings.
Don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with all the web and social media jargon as we’ll translate all of that into normal human language for you!
Production and Validation
Upon approval of the proposal and upfront payment (we take an initial deposit of 50% of the project cost with the remaining 50% due upon project completion), we will send you initial design mock-ups and depending on the nature of the project, other work-in-progress documents such as sitemaps, wireframes, informational architecture, search engine metadata tags, etc.
We allow clients two rounds of feedback at each phase of the production process.
Deployment and Evaluation
If you have an existing website, our team of experts will migrate the website to ensure that all redirects are in place and that you haven’t lost any search engine optimisation opportunities.
If you are new to digital and social media, we offer competitive domain name registration and hosting options.
We will also train you and your team on self-managing the Content Management System so that you can update your own website whenever you want without on-going design or development fees; and social media etiquette if there is social media activity involved.
