Cibo e Vino is a small Italian restaurant located in the heart of Castle Hill in Sydney’s North West. Our objectives were to strengthen its existing customer base whilst increasing awareness to newer residents, in particular young families; to influence credible word of mouth and increase restaurant sales revenue (bums on seats) through boosting customer loyalty.

Cibo e Vino had a fantastic reputation to build on, having been a part of the Good Food Guide since 2008. They’ve been doing some pretty special things out in the suburbs and we simply fell in love with their passion and respect for local produce.

Where we started

We begun by refreshing the appeal of Cibo e Vino and gave it a fresh new look which was carried through to all its communications. We developed a simple website with all the core essentials that a small restaurant needs (menu, booking form, opening hours, contact details…) and created a blog for them to share staff outings, weekly specials and other community initiatives. We’ve also streamlined their email marketing campaigns and are in the process of establishing some customer loyalty programs.

Plus we’re very proud of helping them reach the first position in Google for the term ‘italian restaurant castle hill‘ which has already pushed in a steady flow of new customers!
