We’ve been working on this baby for a while now. A few months ago, we were asked to come up with a solution to better align the Asian Home Gourmet masterbrand across the international arena. Our objectives were to transcend the brand from being just a product to a culinary journey of the cuisines, to develop low maintenance and low capital methods of a two-way dialogue with customers and to increase product sales and website visits through showcasing more interesting recipes, video and other content.

Our strategy

It was obvious that Asian Home Gourmet needed a CMS (Content Management System) to manage its product information – in particular, an efficient way to add or remove products and communicate product promotions. In addition to developing a CMS, we made the website more user-friendly by turning a product-centric website into one that was more customer-centric. Our user experience experts designed a web flow that was more intuitive and our designer and copywriter brought it to life with interesting content and a sleek look & feel.
