Blackbook Ink is a team of talented Australian graffiti artists who love creating unique designs that capture the personality of the brand or business they are working with. They are excited to announce their collaboration with OG Dogs, a fresh new food truck concept dishing up supercharged gourmet hotdogs. Headed up by Michael Bakhet, previously of the acclaimed Rockpool Bar and Grill, OG Dogs brings the most innovative and delicious hotdogs in Australia to the streets of Sydney.
Bakhet’s menu includes items like the Raging Bull (chorizo, chimichurri, tomatoes, mayonnaise, fried onions and quesca fresca cheese) and the Umami Bomb (smoked sausage, Asian slaw, teriyaki sauce, wasabi mayo, roasted nori and sesame seed) as well as the classic American hotdog. The truck also offers a laid back dining experience, pumping fresh beats and providing diners with some serious graffiti eye-candy that acts as a tempting backdrop for instagramming the delicious dogs. Blackbook Ink have also created a gangster pug mural on the OG Dogs Food Truck that has to be seen to be believed.
The food truck will be having an opening party on Friday 4th November from 6:30pm – 11pm at 570 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt. From then on it will be located at that address every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
So take yourself down to Leichardt and get yourself some delicious dawgs while enjoying the graffiti goodness.
